We engaged PREDVYBER’s services and advertising for a period of 4 weeks for a hard-to-fill position of a Technician with English in Southern Moravia region. We received a total of 12 CVs, 11 of them were relevant (1 did not fulfill the region condition) out of these we identified 8 candidates in whom we had strong interest. 6 out of the 8 confirmed their availability for a face to face interview, the other two had already found employment elsewhere. The timespan of delivery of these CVs was less important for us as we had between 3 and 4 months to fill this position. I was pleasantly surprised by the quantity and quality of candidates.
